Most of our work starts with a conversation and ends with an install, and the bit in between changes depending on who we’re working for. Homeowners usually come to us partway through a renovation or a new build with a rough idea and a few rooms they can’t picture yet. Builders come to us with a plan and a program. Either way, we come out, measure, talk through what the space actually needs, and put a quote in front of you that doesn’t move later.

For architects, designers and specifiers, our showroom works as a place to think out loud. Bring a set of drawings and we’ll go through fabrics, hardware, track detailing and installation methods against what you’ve drawn — including the parts that are difficult, like recessed pelmets, big spans, curved tracks and motorisation that has to talk to the rest of the house. We’d rather sort that out at drawing stage than on site.

Developers and investors get a different conversation again. Cost per window and how a product holds up over ten years matter more than anything else, so we spend the time matching specification to budget across a whole project rather than a single room — and where it’s worth it, we’ll flag the upgrades that lift a property without blowing the number out.

What doesn’t change is who does the work. We manufacture in our own Melbourne facility and install with our own team, which is why we can take on odd shapes, tight timelines and jobs of any size — one window in a nursery or four hundred across a development.
